Due to a scheduling conflict, Bristol Dragway officials have canceled the Dragbike Shootout scheduled for August 10-12.  While the Dragbike Shootout may no longer be on the schedule, fans still have plenty of options when it comes to two-wheel excitement in Thunder Valley.

Nitro Harley-Davidsons will compete during the upcoming Ford NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals presented by the Tri-Cities Area Ford Dealers. During the June 15-17 event, riders will face off at speeds in excess of 230 mph on their finish line-bound rockets. Bristol’s flagship event is the perfect place for fans of earth-shaking, heart-pumping drag racing action.
Motorcycle action also is on display during the August 3-4 All Harley Drag Racing Association Thunder in the Valley Nationals presented by 95.9 The Hog and FM 94.
One of Thunder Valley’s most popular events, the AHDRA event brings a powerful show of brute force and that famous Harley rumble. Fans can expect to see plenty of fast action with sixteen classes of competition, including nitro classes, modified gas bikes, street bikes and more.

The same nitro-powered machines featured at the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals also return during the AHDRA event.
