How to install a 2012 ZX14R Clutch Mod Kit

Brock Davidson of Brocks Performance.com, an avid performance enthusiast and engine builder, explains how to install a Brocks Performance 2012 ZX14R Clutch Mod Kit in the all new 2012 Kawasaki ZX14R.

Follow along as he explains how to install the clutch mod step by step and the benefits of installing the clutch spring spacers that increase the static spring pressure for high performance use.

Tools Required:

Impact gun and 27mm socket. 1/4 inch drive ratchet with 8mm and 10mm sockets.

The stock graphite coated clutch cover gasket is reused -10 times on average as long as the clutch cover bolts are not over-tightened to cause damage. Always inspect for leaks and do not operate vehicle if leaking.
